Job Description

Technical knowledge must haves:

* Strong grasp of Java and object oriented programming concepts. You will be tested on these.

* Strong knowledge of any one of the following Databases (Oracle/Db2/MSSQL)/Application Servers (Weblogic/Tomcat/Websphere)/OS (linux/Solaris/AIX)/Webservers (apache, IIS). You will be tested on your knowledge of these.

* Must have experience on non-windows platform and extremely comfortable in Unix based environments.

* Experience in debugging performance issues/identifying bottle necks in the application and its corresponding layers. Candidates with a minimum of 3 years of development experience can be considered in lieu of this. Good knowledge of Loadrunner and/or any other kind of performance testing tools.

* Experiences in performance testing and benchmarking/sizing.

* Experience leading a team of at least 4 engineers.

* Strong knowledge of Perl
