| Role Expectations | · Interact with Telecom customers to identify their need and develop Customised solutions for monitoring / upkeep of passive / active infrastructure equipments · Coordinate between different stake holders to prepare Demo of the conceptualised solution for passive/active infrastructure · Interact with the customers team and Train ,Co-ordinate & Assist ConnectM’s field operations team during I&C (installation& Commissioning) & O&M ( Operation & Maintenance) · Prepare High-level customer requirements specification document · Prepare Technical offer in consultation with Cross functional teams and ensure that the solution proposed is cost -effective, relevant, and feasible · Work with Sales team to obtain client sign-off on project scope and solution features · Scan the environment for product enhancement opportunities/ new product / application development, for monitoring the Telecom passive/active infrastructure elements, to enhance Company's value proposition · Identify opportunities and enter into strategic alliances / partnerships with other service providers, consultants, industry forums and research organisations · Finalise technical architecture, guidelines, frameworks and documentation, performing code reviews, concerned training, deciding on programming languages ,tools, and technology stacks within a certain horizontal technical scope · Work closely with product development / delivery organisation to identify COTS products which could be deployed for the solution · Identify sources & evaluate alternate sources for different performance parameters (Energy, Temp, Fuel, Environment conditions etc) to be monitored remotely · Ability to review data collated and determine accuracy, quality and reliability of the same | |
| Mandatory Skills | · Knowledge of Telecom Passive & Active Infrastructure domain · Knowledge & understanding of various performance factors for the normal upkeep of the Telecom infrastructure both passive & active · Ability to study & understand the various Telecom passive / active infrastructure equipments · Sound knowledge of complete electrical power & control circuit architecture & various power equipments in the Telecom sites · Knowledge of various communication protocols being used in passive/active infrastructure equipments | |
| | · Hands on experience in on-site I&C or O&M of various Telecom infrastructure equipments · Experience in designing or integrating systems using various types of sensors (analog/digital) · Design and propose suitable embedded hardware /software solution · General Industrial awareness of different Telecom products and applications. · Experience with system analysis and commissioning at customer locations · Good communication skills · Ability to lead the I&C / O&M team |
| Desirable Skills | · Knowledge of remote monitoring · Knowledge on various communication technologies |
