Security Operations Analyst (Technical Associate/Member Technical) (Job Code: System Administration)

· 1-3 yrs relevant experience.

· Assist in the installation and troubleshooting of required software agents (e.g. ESM, Snare, McAfee AV, Qualys).

· Confirm and resolve agent issues for new server builds.

· Monitor and resolve failed ESM audits (i.e. broken agents) for existing servers.

· Review contractor VPN requests and track account expiration.

· Provide RSA Anti-Fraud service (Phishing, Trojan, Intelligence) incident response.

· Strong background in networks OR Windows, Linux, Unix operating systems.

· Familiarity with network vulnerability tools (Qualys, Nessus, Foundstone, etc) and the remediation of vulnerabilities identified by these tools.

· Familiarity with securing networks and systems (Windows, Linux, Unix) – understanding security policies and standards, specifically OS Secure Build standards.

Consultant IBM Tivoli Identity Manager (Job Code: System Administration)

· 5+ Years Relevant experience.

· System design – ensuring system reliability scalability & security.

· Install, configure, and maintain the enterprise identity management infrastructure.

· Application Integration - designing, developing and customizing ITIM for account provisioning / de-provisioning

· Enterprise data management – Analysis, design and reconciliation of enterprise identity data sources

· Recent, hands-on experience with IBM Tivoli Identity Manager.

· Knowledge of basic operating-system administration for Windows, Linux, and Solaris 10

· Hands-on experience with JavaScript.

· Working knowledge of MS Active Directory (LDAP) and SQL databases.

· Must have good inter-personal and writing skills.

· Must be able to organize and manage tasks to meet deadlines.

· Some security background desirable.

Technical Associate/Member Technical Tech Support (Job Code: System Administration)

· Experience – 1 Year to 3 Years

· Excellent communication skills

· Experience with remote / Virtual technical support via telephone in call center environment

· Knowledge of PCs, servers, VPN, Peripherals devices, Wireless connectivity and industry standard software

· Knowledge of Black Berry & PDA support

MQ Administrator (Job Code: System Administration)

· 2-3 years relevant experience.

· Hands on experience on MQ / WAS with Unix/Solaris/ Aix

· Experience working with clustered environment

· Open to work for 24*7 environment
