For Juniper Support:

1. Number of Positions: 4 - 5
2. Certification: Juniper Network Certified Internet Expert (JNCIE), Juniper Network Certified Internet Professional (JNCIP) and Juniper Network Certified Internet Specialist (JNCIS) , Juniper Network Certified Internet Associate.
1. This is in the order of priority. JNCIE is more preferred than JNCIP.
3. Knowledge in protocols like MPLS, VPLS, OSPF, BGP
4. Knowledge in Juniper Products like T Series Routers (T320, T640, T1600, TX Matrix), M Series Routers (M7i, M10, M40, M120, M320) and E Series (E120, E320, ERX)
5. Technical Support Roles, Troubleshooting
6. Software knowledge Unix, shell scripts, C/C++ and PERL preferred.
