Brief overview of FREEDOM (Hiring Manager – Ramakrishna Mallela)

Product and Service Model

· ADP freedom is a unique web-native service alternative which combines HR technology with variable levels of Payroll service.

· Implementation - HR and Payroll Implementation of a client to transition from sales to service.

· Managed Service - Periodic Payroll processing of clients to manage their Time and Labor, HR and Payroll.

· Reconcile and verify variances and deliver accurate payroll output and reports.

· Freedom Managed Services cater to both Nationals (1000+ Ees) and Majors market (200+ Ees). Plans to enter the SBS market through Freedom Lite.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

· To support a team of solution engineers in the UK

· To liaise with the ADP UK service access point on project priority and timing

· To contribute to the IC team delivery of quality work in a timely manner

· To provide an issue evaluation and escalation route for the IC team

· Deliver quality and timely delivery of projects

· To follow process and drive the support in client implementation

· Continual review of checkpoint and procedure documentation to ensure quality improvement

REQUIRED SKILLS

· 1-3 yrs of experience in payroll / finance processes

· Analytical approach to problem solving

· Advanced use of Microsoft Excel

· Knowledge of Microsoft Access

· Knowledge of relational databases

· Excellent Communication Skills

· Practical payroll and personnel experience

· Practical knowledge of Implementation

· Practical knowledge of SQL, XML would be an added advantage

· Willingness to work in different time zones

Candidates who have worked with 3 or more companies and possess only 2 years experience
