1)     Software Engineer Testing Mandatory Skills - ·         Experience with Manual OR Functional testing is a must. ·         Ability to design & execute test cases and good. understanding in SDLC. ·         Automation experience on QTP/LR would be a plus ·         Must have good communication skills ·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline	2 – 3 years
2)     Senior Software Engineer Testing Mandatory Skills - ·         Experience with Functional testing OR Automation testing using QTP is a must ·         Ability to design & execute test cases and good understanding in SDLC. ·         Must have good communication skills ·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline	4 – 5 years
3)      Test Lead a) Functional Testing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline. Strong experience with Functional Testing with mandatory experience in automation tool using QTP with test lead experience is a must. Ability to design & execute test cases and Good understanding in SDLC Must have good communication skills b) Performance testing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline ·         Strong experience with Performance testing skills with test lead experience. ·         Experience with Test Design, Execution, Planning. Must have good  communication skills c) Mainframe testing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline ·         Strong experience Mainframe testing experience with test lead experience ·          Experience with Test Design, Execution, Planning. Must have good communication skills	5 to 7 years
