Job Accountability:


1.        Elicitation of the business requirements and business processes from the customer.

The jobholder will be a university graduate in engineering, with a postgraduate degree in management. He/she should possess good communication and interpersonal skills. He/she should be able to analyze business situations objectively and logically and must have the ability to comprehend business requirements.

The jobholder is expected to acquire drive, initiative, creativity and commitment to develop and activities of the organization. The jobholder must also acquire skills to communicate well with the projects and departments of the organization.

The jobholder should have good knowledge in passenger services domain and should understand and have in depth knowledge of key functions in any of the following areas:
ü        Passenger Reservation
ü        Departure Control
ü        Fare Quote & Ticketing
ü        Revenue Accounting

The candidate should have hands on experience in preparing business and system requirements documentation in any of the aforementioned functional areas.

Exposure to integration of system interfaces like GDS, E-Ticketing, Fare Quote & Revenue Accounting systems will be an added advantage.
