·         5+ Years in a mid-to-large network environment (100+ servers).
·         Expert level system administrator for Windows 2003+ .
·         Expert level system administrator for Exchange 2003+.
·         Strong network technology skills including, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
·         Capable of troubleshooting, diagnostics, resolution and remediation of network problems such as intrusion detection and prevention, virus control, threat elimination and essential network security preventive measures.
·         Exceptional customer service skills .

·         4+ Years of experience on testing.
·         Ability to interpret user stories/use cases and arrive at exhaustive scenarios and test cases.
·         Ability to create and execute automated test scripts (QTP).
·         Has the ability to raise/report issues in a clear manner in bug tracking systems.
·         Strong and Clear communication skills
·         Minimum experience of atleast 6 years.
·         Ability to interpret user stories/use cases and arrive at exhaustive scenarios and test cases.
·         Ability to create and execute automated test scripts.
·         Has the ability to raise/report issues in a clear manner in bug tracking systems.
·         Strong and Clear communication skills.
·         Ability to Influence and mentor team.
·         4 to 8+ years of experience in developing enterprise class applications
·         Strong experience in MVC pattern for Web and working knowledge with Struts framework
·         Knowledge of Design patterns such as Value objects, session facades, Business delegate and DAO’s
·         Usage of UML in communicating design to development teams and co-workers
·         Strong JavaScript, AJAX,JSP and Servlet writing skills
·         Good working experience in Enterprise Java Beans and Core Java
·         Knowledge of frameworks for the business and data layers like – Hibernate and Spring
·         Experience writing web services
·         Sun J2EE architect certification a plus
·         Exposure to agile methodologies and working in a distributed team a plus
·         Should possess good communication skills (written and presentation). If the person has also mentored people in the organization and has been helpful in their success, it is a big plus
·         Experience of 1.6 yrs – 3 Yrs.
·         Net 2.0 or higher.
·         Web Application Development experience.
·         Javascript.
·         Basic awareness of RDBMS concepts.
·         Good troubleshooting skills.

·         Minimum experience of atleast 7 Yrs.
·         Strong understanding of MOSS Administration Concepts - Installation, Configuration, Backup and Restore, User Profile Management, Security, Search, SSP.
·         WSS/MOSS concepts – Understanding of site collection, sites and all site elements.
·         WSS/MOSS Development – Sharepoint object model, Webpart development, Site/Application pages.
·         Trouble-shooting Sharepoint / .Net / ASP.Net issues.
·         Understanding of WSS/MOSS concepts - Custom controls, Infopath forms, Workflows (WWF/Sharepoint designer).
·         Complete understanding of Features and Solutioning in Sharepoint.
·         ASP.Net Concepts – Page event life cycle, custom controls/user controls, Caching, Master pages

·         4+ years in total experience and atleast 3 years on Sharepoint 2007 (MOSS/WSS)
·         WSS/MOSS concepts – Understanding of site collection, sites and all site elements
·         WSS/MOSS Development – Sharepoint object model, Webpart development, Site/Application pages
·         Trouble-shooting Sharepoint / .Net / ASP.Net issues

·         Should have an overall experience of 4 -9 yrs
·         Experience with writing and developing software requirements
·         4+years of demonstrated business analyst experience on software development projects, complex projects in education administration or other related experience
·         Coordination between the development team, customers and business analysts to create and interpret functional specifications
·         Assisting developers with business requirements and functional specifications to support the implementation of customer requirements
·         Human Resource application experience is a must
·         Experience with agile software development methodologies & lifecycles
·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group
·         Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
·         Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
·         Proficiency in MS Office

·         Candidates must have an overall relevant experience of 4+Yrs
·         Strong exposure on Forms, Oracle PL SQL
·         Strong communication skills and ability to mentor a team

·         Must have minimum experience of 4+ Yrs
·         Rich experience in Build Automation Tools (Build Forge, Cruise Control, Ant Build, Ant Hill Pro Etc…) and Build Automation
·         Strong in scripting languages (Perl/ VB/ Ant/ Python)
·         Good Knowledge of continuous integration and Continous Intergration Automation.
·         Strong Knowledge on Configuration Management and Version Control Tools
·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group
·         Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
·         Track record of implementing complex systems
·         Strong experience with dimensional, logical and physical data modeling experience in developing star schema designs, OLAP cubes, and other metadata concepts
·         Extensive work in Report Studio, Query Studio, Analysis Studio, Metric Studio and Cognos Connection, developing complex reports, designing and creating PowerPlay cubes to find solutions to complex reporting/analytical problems
·         Cognos administration – able to perform Cognos maintenance tasks including security, software installations, configuration updates and troubleshooting environment issues
·         Strong analytic, problem solving and collaborative skills
·         Experience in requirements gathering and knowledge of standard system development lifecycle concepts
·         Experience in leveraging Cognos Security and the Software Development Kit (SDK)
·         Experience with structured MSSQL, SQL & PL/SQL
·         Able to perform detailed documentation of design, development, testing and deployment activities necessary to ensure team knowledge sharing
·         DB2 and SQL database experience
·         Excellent written and communication skills
