Program Manager: (Job Code-PRGM)

Skill Required: Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT Industry in managing large teams. Manage multiple projects using best practices in program management. Should have experience in managing projects related to IT infrastructure development. Excellent communication and client interfacing skills.

Job Description: Candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the project right from the initiation phase to its completion, which includes planning, design, communication etc. Should manage all third party contributions to the project. Should act as a single point of contact to the customer on all project activities.

Project Manager: (Job Code-PM)

Skill Required: Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT Industry, out of which 3+ years of experience in managing large IT projects. Should have expertise in complete SDLC. Should have technical skills on Microsoft technologies. PMP certification is preferred.

Job Description: Candidate will be responsible for complete life cycle of the project as per the standards defined by the organisation. Responsible for regular liaison with the program manager, ensuring the effective preparation and delivery of all project activities. Production of all necessary documentation.

Team Leader :( Job Code: TL .Net-GIS)

Skill Required: Minimum 4+ years of experience in technical architecting using Microsoft technologies and Strong skills in GIS technologies like AutoCAD, ESRI. Expertise in development in .Net technologies.

Job Description: Candidate will be responsible for all technical issues and execution of all project tasks and documentation as per ISO 9001:2000 /CMMi standards defined by the Project Manager

Sr. Software Engineers/Team Leader: (Job Code: SSE-TL .NET)

Skill Required: Minimum 4+years of experience in technical architecting using Microsoft technologies. Experience in Sharepoint portal, ASP.Net, C#, SQL server 2008 or SQL Server 2005 is essential. Experience on PKI and Biometrics software is highly desirable. Expertise in development in .Net technologies. Experience in database programming on MS SQL is essential.

Job Description: Candidate will be responsible for all technical issues and execution of all project tasks and documentation as per ISO 9001:2000 /CMMi standards defined by the Project Manager.

Business Analyst/System Analyst: (Job Code: BA)

Skill Required: Minimum 8+ years of experience in executing software projects. Must have extensive knowledge/experience in urban land records domain. Should be able to interact with various users for the system and understand requirements of the project and articulate the same in a systematic manner. Strong technical knowledge in the given field with a good grasp of technical terminology. Experience in UML is a plus.

Job Description: The primary responsibility will be to conduct requirement study, analysis and finalization of FRS/SRS. Selected candidate needs to interact various users of the system, understand well the requirements in terms of the project domain. During execution, candidate should support the development team in requirement understanding.

Technical Writer: (Job Code: TW)

Skill Required: Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical writing is essential. Must be able to understand various requirements of the project and articulate the same in a systematic manner. Should be very fluent in written and spoken English.

Job Description: The primary responsibility will be to prepare all the required technical documentation for execution of the project and operation of the system. Candidate should work closely with the project team members and the users intended to use the system.

Sr.Tester: (Job Code: TEST)

Skill Required: Minimum 4+ years of experience in testing software applications. Should have experience in preparation of test plans and test cases. Must have at least minimum 1+ years of experience on test automation tools like rational.

Job Description: Responsible for writing test plans and test cases and for performing all kinds of software application testing. Should be able to develop and execute test scripts for automated testing. Should support on UAT.

SQL Database Administrator: (Job Code: SQL DBA)

Skill Required: Minimum 5+ years of experience in SQL server database/Oracle database administration. Should have working experience on logical and physical database designing and database optimization. Must have a thorough understanding of the relational database model. Should have knowledge on normalization schemas and database mapping.

Job Description: Should be responsible for designing and implementing schemas for databases. Write complex stored procedures, extended stored procedures, functions and fine tune them.
