NetAct Optimizer
NetAct Optimizer is a key product in the NSN NetAct suite of applications that provides measurement based Network Optimization functionality for the operational GSM and WCDMA Radio networks (with the LTE network Optimization also in the pipeline). NetAct Optimizer is the market leader in the Network Optimization space with more than 40 customers world wide
The DC Bangalore R&D team of NetAct Optimizer is jointly responsible along with Espoo for Architecture, Development, Functional testing and customer support of the product. We have end-to-end development responsibility of the Road mapped Optimization features in the highly challenging domain.

 Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities

• Participation in Program sprints and development of new Optimizer features
• Analyze / elaborate features related to the area of Optimization of Radio Networks
• Good understanding of Optimizer product code and maintenance of the same
• Take ownership of FURPS (Functionality, Usability, Reliability, Performance & Stability) of features/components
• Feature testing during program sprints
• Perform Debugging, symptom collection, Error correction and Fault Status updates.
• Guide and mentor associated team members 

Experience: 3-6 Years
Mandatory Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of Java, Java Swings and J2EE (EJBs)
• Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.

Preferred skills:

• Good knowledge of GSM, UMTS Radio Networks
• Good Knowledge of NetAct
• RF Optimization knowledge
