ENHANCED REWARD FOR EMBEDDED SOFTWARE RECRUITMENT UNDER ASSOCIATE REFERRAL SCHEME.

Dear all,

You are aware that we have a practice of declaring certain skills as critical skill sets from time to time and enhance the reward under “Associate Referral Scheme” to promote the scheme.

Under this provision we declare hands on experience in Embedded Software with minimum 3 + years relevant experience as critical skill sets till 31st January 2010 and enhance the reward under the Associate Referral Scheme to 3% of the CTC p/a excluding gratuity amount subject to maximum of Rs.35,000/- (Thirty five thousand).

Any referral made on or before 31st January 2010 for the above skills resulting in recruitment (Offer made) before 31st March 2010 shall entail the associate concerned for the enhanced reward. All other terms and conditions of the referral scheme remain unaltered.

Firmware Lead:

Skill Requirement:

C++ programming, Embedded systems ( Firmware/ device drivers programming etc..) development on Linux, strong kernel debugging experience ( GDB & other), Very good knowledge of and/or development experience in technology areas like IPMI, Object modelling, I2C, UART, Hardware /Systems bring up, Network communication and systems diagnostics Any knowledge of Systems management.

Job Profile:

Be an individual contributor and be part of the engineering teams. Should be diligent in reporting the status to the senior mgmt, should adhere to the software development discipline and best practices. Should be able to think on alternate design practices. May have to work from client location.

PCI-Windows Device Driver Lead:

Skill Requirement:

ATA AHCI interface and NVMHCI interface. Software/Hardware bringup and diagnostic. Performance measurement and tuning. Strong C/C++ skills and product development experience. Must be an expert in Windows device driver (PCI or PCI Express device is preferred) development and working experience with Windows WDK. Experience in obtaining Design for Microsoft Windows logo via driver testing with Driver Test.

Be an individual contributor and be part of the engineering teams. Should be diligent in reporting the status to the senior mgmt, should adhere to the software development discipline and best practices. Should be able to think on alternate design practices. May have to work from client location.

PC Bootrom Engineer:

Skill Requirement:

PC Bootrom Engineer -Strong C/C++ skills and product development experience. Must be an expert in PCI or PCI Express device development and working. Knowledge in PC BIOS or UEFI boot architecture and storage device driver in IDE or AHCI interfaces.

Job Profile:

Be an individual contributor and be part of the engineering teams. Should be diligent in reporting the status to the senior mgmt, should adhere to the software development discipline and best practices. Should be able to think on alternate design practices. May have to work from client location.

Linux Block Driver development engineer:

1. An expert in the PC (X-86) based Linux device driver experience

2. Must have experience in linux block device driver or AHCI, ATA, or SCSI device driver.

3. Must have good understanding of Linux filesystem/Page Cache/IO Scheduler architecture.

4. Experience in SMP multi-threaded device device development

Engineers - Android:

· The ideal candidate should have 3-8 years of experience.

  • Should be an individual contributor and be part of the engineering teams.
  • Should be able to explore alternate design options, be proactive in seeking work and any help required, better time management and good team work.
  • Should have excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients.
  • Should be adaptable to cross culture environment.

Skill Set:

  • Strong programming skills – C/C++, Java.
  • Exposure to Device Drivers development/porting/ integration for Mobile and STB peripherals.
  • Exposure to Porting of Stacks, Middleware/frameworks.
  • Experience of different embedded processors based development and working knowledge of embedded development tool chains.
  • Working experience on Linux OS.
  • Good understanding of Android framework concepts.
  • Experience in porting Android to different boards.
  • Porting, integration, debug and development of protocol specific stacks in android.
  • Application development using Java on Android using Android SDK.

Software Engineer/Sr.Software Engineer - Semiconductor:

· The ideal candidate should have 3-6 years of experience.

  • Should be an individual contributor and be part of the engineering teams.
  • Should be able to explore alternate design options, be proactive in seeking work and any help required, better time management and good team work.
  • Should adhere to the software development processes and best practices.

Skill Set:

  • Strong programming skills – C/C++, assembly
  • Exposure to various RTOS concepts and OS internals: Kernel, File system.
  • Experience of different embedded processors based development and working knowledge of embedded development tool chains.
  • Strong in Firmware and Device Drivers development for Mobile and STB peripherals.
  • Experience on – Audio controller, camera sensor and Display/Video controller drivers.
  • Exposure to Porting of Stacks, Middleware/frameworks.

Exp: 4-8
