Position: Tech Lead/Team Lead

• 5-7 years of experience in C++,.NET and C# with knowledge of any database.
• Should have experience only in Windows based application. No Web based Development experience will be considered.
• Should have excellent design skills – UML, OOAD, Use case based development, Design Patterns.
• Should have worked at least in one device communication project (RS-232/ TCP-IP/Modem/USB etc.,) and should be able to handle bits and bytes.
• Should be able to work independently with less guidance.
• Should be able to gather requirements, estimate, design, code and test the software
• Should be able to effectively communicate and interact with customers.
• Experience from Automation and Control Industry, preferably from Fire System Domain would be an added advantage.
